Company Information for this Year’s Career Fair
This year, the 29th Annual Science and Engineering Career Fair will be held Thursday, October 23th, 2008 from 12:00 - 5:00 PM.
Thank you for your interest in the Science and Engineering Career Fair. We are really excited about this year's event and are anticipating the best turnout of students so far. We are confident you will be pleased.

Registration
Registration is now open!
Benefits
Registering for the Career Fair will provide you with a booth, a table, a backdrop, a sign with your company name, etc. - but there are also other optional items and services that you can buy to make your display even more attractive to the students. Payment
Cancellations must be made before September 14th. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 14th. If payment is not received by September 14th, please include a late-payment fee of $100. Because we have to pay vendors for their support with the Career Fair, we will strictly enforce late-payment fees. See Payment page for more info.
Advertising and Sponsorship
Is your company looking for a way to increase its presence and exposure to students during the Career Fair? We are offering sponsorship packages that allow you to advertise in the UW school newspaper and Career Fair brochure, receive a prominent booth position, have your company logo on the SEBA website, and many other options for generating interest in your company. Interview Rooms
Would you like a private room conveniently located steps away from the Career Fair to conduct student interviews? We have several rooms available for companies to reserve. Please see the Interview Rooms page for more information.
Shipping
You can ship supplies and have them waiting for you at the UW HUB Ballroom. This service requires an additional charge and can be specified during registration or later by contacting us directly. For more information, view our shipping page.
