Company Information for the 2010 Career Fair
The 31st Annual Science and Engineering Career Fair will be held Wednesday October 27th, 2010 from 12:00 - 5:00 PM in the Bank of America Arena at the Hec Edmundson Pavilion.

Thank you for your interest in the Science and Engineering Career Fair. We are really excited about this year's event and are anticipating a great turnout this year! We are confident you will be pleased.

Registration
Registration for the 2010 University of Washington Science & Engineering Career Fair is now open! Please contact Katherine Wang at operations@uwseba.org if you would like to receive an invite.
Benefits
Registering for the Career Fair will provide you with a booth, a table, a backdrop, a sign with your company name, etc. - but there are also other optional items and services that you can buy to make your display even more attractive to the students. Payment
Cancellations must be made before September 22nd. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 22nd. If payment is not received by September 22nd, a late-payment fee of $100 will be applied to the total cost. Because we have to pay vendors for their support with the Career Fair, we will strictly enforce late-payment fees. See Payment page for more info.
Advertising and Sponsorship
Is your company looking for a way to increase its presence and exposure to students during the Career Fair? We are offering sponsorship packages that allow you to advertise in the UW school newspaper and Career Fair brochure, receive a prominent booth position, have your company logo on the SEBA website, and many other options for generating interest in your company. Shipping
You can ship supplies and have them waiting for you at the Bank of America Arena at the Hec Edmundson Pavilion. This service requires an additional charge and can be specified during registration or later by contacting us directly. For more information, view our shipping page.
