EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO THE HUB
There are two ways to get your equipment to the HUB Ballroom
1) Bring it with you on October 23rd and unload it at the HUB before you park.
2) Ship it to Global Exposition Services at:

GES must receive your materials by October 20th in order to have sufficient time for processing. NOTE: There are no deliveries to GES on Saturdays.
GES is setting up the career fair on the morning of October 23rd. With option (2), GES will store your equipment securely, transport it to the HUB, deliver it to your booth, and take care of shipping it back to GES after the career fair. You must arrange pick-up of your materials from GES. There is a $75 fee for this service.
