Shipping Information
EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO THE BANK OF AMERICA ARENA (BOAA).
There are two ways to get your equipment to the BOAA
1) Bring it with you on October 27th and unload it at the BOAA before you park.
2) Ship it to Global Exposition Services at:

GES must receive your materials by October 21st in order to have sufficient time for processing. NOTE: There are no deliveries to GES on Saturdays.
GES is setting up the career fair on the morning of October 27th. With option (2), GES will store your equipment securely, transport it to the HUB, deliver it to your booth, and take care of shipping it back to GES after the career fair. You must arrange pick-up of your materials from GES. There is a $75 fee for this service.
